This is Princess Ruby and her 2nd filly. Ruby is a brown toby mare that is the sweetest mare! She is a pest and when we try to
catch anyone else in the pasture, we have to chase her off, first!! She'd put the halter on by herself, if she could! She is bred to Iseespotscanyou, her half brother, for a 2008 foal.
We bred her this way to see if we can get more fillies. Each filly by this cross will give us a foal that has 50% of the blood of Diamonds Are Great. We only got this one mare by him before he died, so,
we are trying for some fillies this way. Ruby foaled a nice buckskin toby colt in 2007 that has been sold.
This is Shesa Sparklin Chex. She is an 8 year old bay toby mare that belongs to our friend, Joy!
She is a daughter of Shots Flying Spark, APHA and out of a mare named Fritzie Commander by Hesa Commander and out of a King Fritz mare. Sparkle had her first foal in 2007; and what a gorgeous boy he is! A dark buckskin tobiano colt that looks like he'll
test homozygous. "Gil" is the colt's name and he is going to be kept to see how he turns out. He may just be our new stallion prospect!
This is Reba. Her registered name is My Two Eyed Sally. She is a breeding stock Paint mare. Check out the hip and body on this mare. She maintains this
kind of muscle even just standing around. Such a sweet and gentle mare, too. Broke to
ride quietly. She has given us 3 pretty babies; 2 colored and one solid. In 2007, she
foaled a solid palomino filly. Her filly is really nice and is going to be
built like mom when grown! She is bred back the same way for '08.
